Shipping Policy

Due to the high volume of orders, once orders are placed they cannot be changed or cancelled.

Orders are processed in 3-7 business days which excludes weekends and holidays. Custom orders are processed in 2-3 weeks. You cannot add "rush my order" to any custom orders. Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping time: All orders are shipped with USPS.  
USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days*
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days*

PaygeVaultz is not responsible for any custom fees for out of country orders.

Any orders sent back to us due to an insufficient address will be cancelled & refunded. If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped, there is a $10 re-shipment fee.

PaygeVaultz is not responsible for any lost packages that are marked as "delivered". For any lost packages, please file a claim with USPS directly. We are not responsible for any stolen packages. Any questions can be emailed to
